Con Tamerice volevamo creare una collezione “classica”, senza tempo ed elegante. Il design di Tamerice è semplice ma ricco per l’uso di materiali come il teak e gli imbottiti, i dettagli artigiani e le proporzioni ben dosate . La prima nata è stata la Lounge chair, un oggetto versatile sia per gli esterni che negli interni, ci è venuto poi facile disegnare anche i divanetti ed i tavolini da caffè. Infine abbiamo pensato sarebbe stato utile aggiungere anche la zona pranzo, con sedie e tavoli importanti adatte a creare continuità con la zona living , magari in un patio o in una veranda.
With Tamerice we wanted to create a “classic”, timeless and elegant collection. Tamerice’s design is simple but rich in the use of materials such as teak and padded, artisan details and well-balanced proportions. The the Lounge chair was the first born, a versatile object for both outdoors and indoors, it was then easy to design also the sofas and coffee tables. Finally, we thought it would be useful to add the dining area, with chairs and tables suitable to create continuity with the living area, perhaps in a patio or a veranda.
